Models/Styling by Elite Model Management

Starting on September 1st, customers can shop a new fall assortment from 22 Chicago-based designers at Macy's on State Street. They may also see many of these designers spring 2010 collections showcased at Macy's presents the Designers of Chicago runway show on Thursday evening, October 22, 2009 in Millennium Park.

This runway show is the first event on the calendar for Fashion Focus Chicago 2009.

Nominated by the Mayor's Fashion council and reviewed by Macy's merchant team, the designers chosen are considered to be some of the best in Chicago.

Macy's will also debut the spring 2010 collections from the Chicago Fashion Incubator's designers-in-residence. From the collections being sold at Macy's to those designers starting out, meet some of the names you need to know.

Macy's dedicates itself to letting Chicagoans know about fashion superstars on the rise in their city.
